About The Position

Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC, is a compassionate and inclusive private practice providing mental health counseling and therapy to a diverse community. The practice takes a holistic, mindful approach and aims to make care accessible to people from varied backgrounds, including through multilingual services. Therapists work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on client and employee well-being, growth, and healing.

The practice is hiring licensed clinical therapists with experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. The role requires at least 12 clinical session hours per week; full-time schedules are flexible and are considered 25–30 clinical session hours per week. Work hours must include at least two evenings per week, or one evening and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least eight sessions during prime-time hours (5–9 p.m. on weeknights) or on weekends. Compensation is $60–$80 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type.

Requirements

• Hold a current Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Be passionate about supporting others.
• Be able to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability.
• Private practice experience.
• A background in community mental health or a behavioral health hospital.
• Registration with CAQH and an NPI number.
• Specialized training in Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy to clients, including adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
• Work at least 12 clinical session hours per week.
