About The Position

Steadfast Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide patient-centered, evidence-based substance use disorder (SUD) care. The therapist provides individual and group therapy in person and via telehealth, conducts biopsychosocial assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary clinic team. The role supports patients in crisis, coordinates higher levels of care when needed, and helps improve access and quality of care for disadvantaged and marginalized populations. The position is based at 11201 Shaker Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties and one protected hour built into each workday. Compensation is a $70,000–$80,000 W-2 annual salary, based on experience and licensure, with a 5% monthly performance bonus structure. Requirements

LPCC or equivalent Ohio licensure, such as LISW or LMFT.
Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
Ability to interact effectively with diverse staff, patients, and community members.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice To Haves

Certification in addiction counseling.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy for patients with substance use disorders, both in person and via telehealth.
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Use evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Collaborate with clinic team members, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, to develop and carry out integrated patient care plans.
Support patients during crisis interventions and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
Develop innovative approaches to improving access and care for disadvantaged and marginalized populations.
Model compassion, foster trust, and build strong relationships with patients and communities.
Educate patients and families about SUD, co-occurring disorders, and available resources.
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education.
