As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Adolescent SUD Recovery, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping high-quality substance use disorder and mental health services for youth in the St. Louis community. You will mentor clinicians, influence treatment outcomes, strengthen clinical programming, and guide young people and their families. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure services are effective, evidence-based, family-centered, and recovery-focused, while supporting the professional development of your team. The position involves a balance of direct clinical involvement and leadership responsibilities, including clinical supervision, program oversight, quality assurance, and operational support. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field
• Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (PLMFT/LMFT), Provisional Psychologist (PLP), Licensed Psychologist (LP)
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based practices, regulatory standards, and quality improvement principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• Required certifications and trainings must be attained and maintained as outlined by policy

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality, evidence-based substance use disorder and mental health services for adolescents
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to clinicians and program staff
• Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, treatment planning discussions, case consultations, and diagnostic reviews
• Conduct assessments, intakes, and therapeutic services as needed to support program and client needs
• Monitor service delivery to ensure appropriate clinical interventions, treatment intensity, and positive client outcomes
• Review clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes to ensure compliance with agency, state, and accreditation standards
• Coordinate care and collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
• Complete quality reviews, chart audits, and performance monitoring activities while addressing identified improvement opportunities
• Support program scheduling, service coordination, and staffing coverage to ensure uninterrupted care
• Respond to crisis situations and provide clinical direction regarding risk assessment, intervention, and incident response
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professional growth, and continuous quality improvement
• Partner with leadership to support program development, strategic initiatives, and operational goals
• Represent the organization professionally within the community and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
