About The Position
Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Social Services position in West Valley, Utah. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must meet the listed documentation, certification, health-screening, vaccination, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening.
