About The Position
Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Social Services position in West Valley, Utah. The position is scheduled for a 4x10 night shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current clinical references and specified health and credentialing documentation, and candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical exam within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
