Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Outpatient (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults. The practice offers care both in person at its clinics and through telemedicine. Therapists are part of a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence, with administrative support and digital technology provided. The role offers schedule flexibility, the option to work in person and via telemedicine, and a compensation model based on productivity, including fee-for-service and uncapped earnings potential. The listed annual compensation range is $80,000–$115,000. The work environment includes modern offices and a collegial team, with an emphasis on work/life balance.
Requirements
- Hold an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT credential in North Carolina.
- Experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents, ages 6 and older.
Nice To Haves
- LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC is preferred.
