Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor - Outpatient (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare and supervise clinicians. The role may serve adults and/or children and adolescents ages 6 and older. Care is delivered in person at clinics and through telemedicine, with flexibility based on caseload. Compensation is based on productivity through a fee-for-service model, with uncapped earnings potential and an additional supervision stipend available. The listed compensation range is $80,000–$115,000 per year. LifeStance Health is a national provider of evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. Its services are offered in person at clinics nationwide and through telemedicine.
Requirements
- Hold an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT credential in North Carolina.
- Supervisor experience is required.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, ages 6 and older.
