Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor - Outpatient (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join its outpatient clinical team in North Carolina. The role is intended for a therapist credentialed in North Carolina as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW, with supervisor experience. The therapist will provide care to adults and/or children and adolescents ages 6 and older in an outpatient setting. Care may be delivered in person or via telemedicine, depending on caseload. Compensation is based on productivity through a fee-for-service model, with stated annual compensation of $80,000–$115,000 and uncapped earnings potential. Requirements
- Hold an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW credential in North Carolina.
- Have experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents ages 6 and older.
- Have supervisor experience.
