About The Position
LifeStance is hiring licensed therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Licensed Therapists are a critical part of the clinical team and will work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. The position offers flexibility to work via telemedicine and in person, with a productivity-based, fee-for-service compensation model and uncapped earnings potential. The stated compensation range is $80,000–$115,000 per year.
Requirements
- Hold an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license and be credentialed in North Carolina.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

- LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC preferred.
