About The Position

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Florida. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges. This position is well-suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting. You will help clients build coping skills, work through personal challenges, and make steady progress toward their treatment goals.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Strong written documentation skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care

Nice To Haves

Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
Create treatment plans based on each client’s goals, needs, and presenting concerns
Maintain timely progress notes and clinical documentation in the required system
Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
Follow HIPAA standards and professional ethics for remote mental health services
Participate in clinical updates, case discussions, or team communication as needed
