Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Strong written documentation skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care

Nice To Haves

Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to adult clients through telehealth
Complete intake sessions and identify client concerns, goals, and care needs
Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s situation and progress
Use appropriate clinical interventions during therapy sessions
Support clients with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment difficulties
Keep client records updated and compliant with documentation standards
Review treatment goals regularly and revise plans when needed
Maintain professional standards for privacy, ethics, and remote care
Recognize clinical risk factors and follow proper reporting or escalation procedures
