About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in San Rafael, California. This is an outpatient pediatric behavioral health role supporting children and families within a collaborative care environment. The focus is on behavioral health support, intensive case management, and addressing social determinants of health. The role offers the opportunity to work within a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on underserved communities. It features a collaborative interdisciplinary team structure while maintaining autonomy over patient care and case management. EPIC EMR is preferred.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) REQUIRED
- Comfortable providing case management and behavioral health interventions REQUIRED
- Experience with pediatric behavioral health or family support preferred
- Team-based and trauma-informed care experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
