About The Position
This remote therapy position is designed for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to focus on client care in a professional, organized telehealth setting. The LCSW will provide therapy to clients across Kentucky, helping them address mental health concerns, life stress, trauma history, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
Responsibilities
- Hold scheduled teletherapy sessions with clients in Kentucky
- Complete intake appointments and determine clinical needs
- Review client symptoms, history, support systems, and current challenges
- Write treatment plans with clear goals and appropriate interventions
- Support clients with coping strategies, problem-solving, and symptom management
- Document sessions, updates, risk concerns, and treatment progress
- Keep client care organized from intake through ongoing treatment
