About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington State for a new clinic in Lakewood. Therapists can choose their office and join a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence. The position is W-2 employment, with full-time and part-time options. Compensation is productivity-based, with uncapped earning potential and a stated range of $90,000–$115,000. A sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with a 4% match, CEUs, paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance are offered.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations as part of the clinical team.
