Licensed Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington State who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This W-2 employed position is available part-time or full-time, with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. The compensation range is $90,000–$115,000. The role includes a sign-on bonus, a cash-based incentive program, a comprehensive benefits package, a 401(k) with a 4% match, continuing education units (CEUs), paid parental leave, and provided malpractice insurance. The clinical team is seeking therapists fully licensed and credentialed in Washington, including LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, with experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
