About The Position

Gould Medical Group is seeking skilled Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join their outpatient mental health clinic in Tracy, CA. This role involves serving a diverse patient population across all age ranges with a variety of mental health disorders. Responsibilities include providing individual and group psychotherapy, with opportunities for family and couples' therapy. The position is based in an outpatient setting with no inpatient work required. The department is stable and growing, consisting of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinician
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors may apply

Responsibilities

• Individual and group psychotherapy
• Opportunities for family and couples’ work
• See children and adults (6+)
• Traditional outpatient individual psychotherapy
• Freedom to set work hours, schedule, treatment modality, treatment length, and patient population
• Will need to have alternative hours, including some evening work after 5:00pm
• Some telework available onsite
• Opportunities for group, couples, and family therapy
• Phone call is one week in twenty-three
• Low paperwork demands
• No inpatient work
