Gould Medical Group is seeking skilled professionals to work in an outpatient mental health clinic serving children and adolescents with a wide variety of mental health disorders. The program offers mental and emotional health assessments, education, and therapeutic interventions. This position is integrated with the Pediatrics department, focusing on brief, focused interventions typically lasting 15-30 minutes, consistent with a consultative, high-volume primary care behavioral health (PCBH) model. Candidates will provide culturally responsive care, utilize evidence-based interventions like CBT, PST, and MI, and manage a broad range of presenting concerns. They will also be comfortable with warm hand-offs, same-day referrals, real-time consultations with the medical team, and efficient documentation in the shared medical record. The role supports population health efforts through behavioral health screenings and protocol-driven care, requiring flexibility to manage an unscheduled clinic flow and function as an integrated team member.
