Licensed Clinical Social Worker Lead
About The Position
Jessie Trice Community Health System is seeking a full-time therapist to work in an integrated care setting and provide behavioral services to adults and families. The role includes conducting brief interventions, participating in provider and treatment team meetings, completing assessments with accurate DSM-5 diagnoses, and developing multidisciplinary treatment plans. The therapist will use working knowledge of substance use disorders to help stabilize high-risk individuals, provide case management, and collaborate with community agencies and organizations. The position also monitors and supports services provided by the psychiatrist, among other essential duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mental Health, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited learning institution.
- Current and clear Florida license.
- Related experience that includes integrated care with a primary care population.
- Demonstrated flexibility in using individual, family, and/or group treatment modalities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with consumers, referral sources, and other community providers.
- Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR), such as EPIC or similar.
- Current BLS certificate.
