About The Position
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team. This is a 100% FTE position, Monday through Friday, with scheduled hours varying between 8 am and 5 pm, including one day until 6 pm and Fridays ending at 4 pm. The role is located at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic, 2601 N Main St. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with additional compensation components such as evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Master's Degree Required
- At least two years of experience providing clinical services in mental health.
- LCSW license or LCPC.
- Current license from the State of Illinois.
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
