Requirements

Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (cost covered by the company).
Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions (including ongoing therapy and new client assessments).
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
At least six months of teletherapy experience.
Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
Utilize data to inform treatment strategies and adapt approaches based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as necessary and refer clients when appropriate.
Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Benefits

Clinical rate of $76/hour (includes mandatory training) and an administrative rate of $23/hour as a WA resident.
Out-of-state clinical rates ranging between $58.50 - $85.
Sign-on bonus: $500 for 7-12 client hours and $1,000 for 13+ client hours if starting by September 30th.
Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients.
Session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
