Requirements

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited graduate program.
Board-certified with a passing score on the ASWB Clinical Level Exam.

Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments with expert precision.
Develop, lead, and execute powerful treatment plans that give children and families real hope.
Implement high-impact interventions tailored to each child's emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
Equip families with practical, effective home education programs to reinforce progress.
Consult, collaborate, and advocate for children across medical, educational, and social systems.
Reassess, re-evaluate, and adjust interventions so kids keep moving forward.
Keep records sharp, compliant, and airtight in line with state regulations, service contracts, and confidentiality laws.
Educate schools, communities, and families about the life-changing power of pediatric therapy.
