About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare in Utah. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office and 1–2 days remotely. Therapists are part of the clinical team delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare. The position offers full-time work, flexible schedules, administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated W-2 range of $75,000–$106,000 and a sign-on bonus for fully licensed therapists. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. There is an immediate need for child and/or adolescent therapists; play therapy certification or training is also a plus. Locations include offices in and around Salt Lake City, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
• Must have completed a Master's program and be out of the supervision stage.
