About The Position

Christian Health is hiring Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Workers for its Livewell Counseling team, which provides evidence-based outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. Services include psychotherapy, relationship therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), ADHD counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and group therapy.

The role assesses and treats clients of all ages with a range of challenges and needs. Treatment may address personal issues, goals, and problem-solving strategies. The clinician demonstrates an understanding of and embraces Christian Health’s mission. The position is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The listed salary range is $80,000–$95,000 per year; the base salary may depend on factors such as relevant experience, education, and credentials.

Requirements

• MSW degree.
• LCSW license.
• Clinical experience in a supervised setting.
• Demonstrated compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a team and/or interdisciplinary approach.
• Postgraduate experience.
• Experience treating clients and families with Substance Use Disorder or Alcohol Use Disorder.
• Experience working with the developmentally disabled population.

Responsibilities

• Recommend therapeutic interventions appropriate to clients and likely to achieve desired results.
• Prepare and update individualized treatment plans.
• Gather patients’ historical information and evaluate the mental status of individuals, couples, or families.
• Assess and document client mental status and determine attainable goals.
• Chart and document all care provided, maintaining timely and adequate client records.
• Meet with clients and/or their family members for psychotherapy.
• Provide care to children and adolescents ages 3–18, adults ages 19–64, and geriatric clients ages 65 and older.
• Consult with staff members as needed.
• Attend and participate in weekly clinical and administrative staff meetings.
• Complete discharge summaries in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance and embrace Christian Health’s mission.
