About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a Spanish-speaking, fully licensed and credentialed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its outpatient clinical team in the Kissimmee, Florida area. The role provides evidence-based behavioral healthcare to patients in an outpatient setting, with the option to work in person and through telemedicine. Candidates should be passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence, and have experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.

The position offers flexible scheduling, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual income potential of $65,000–$100,000. Requirements

• Be fully licensed as an LCSW and credentialed in one or more U.S. states.
• Be Spanish speaking.
• Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
