About The Position
We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to make a meaningful difference by providing whole-person behavioral healthcare to an underserved community. You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role focused on diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and connecting patients with appropriate resources. You’ll provide care to children, adolescents, and adults while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Clear and active Florida LCSW license
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills
- Value culturally sensitive, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
- Enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinical team
