About The Position
This is a full-time, remote/telehealth position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana. The role involves conducting individual therapy sessions via video appointments, managing client cases from intake to treatment updates, and maintaining accurate records. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with time between sessions for administrative tasks and preparation. The salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
- Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
- Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions
- Maintain session notes and treatment records in the EHR
- Review client progress and update treatment when necessary
- Complete risk assessments and follow established safety procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Louisiana LCSW requirements
