The Infant Neurodevelopment Center (INC) at Kennedy Krieger Institute provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to families during the vulnerable early stages of their child's development. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team, supporting infants and young children with medical complexities, developmental concerns, or those transitioning from NICU care. This role integrates clinical social work, care coordination, family advocacy, and resource navigation to help families access services and build resilience. This is an onsite position requiring in-person participation for patient care, family engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program operations.
