About The Position

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Experience providing mental health therapy.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress across sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
