About The Position
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker II - Medical Support to perform a full range of assignments related to the field of mental health services. This includes, but is not limited to, biopsychosocial assessments, multidisciplinary treatment team participation, and discharge planning. The official title for this role is Clinical Therapist II - Medical Support. ARMC is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university-affiliated teaching hospital located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California. It houses a regional burn center, a comprehensive stroke center, a level I trauma center, and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM).
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the State of California as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Licensure must be active, unrestricted, and in good standing.
- Two (2) years of experience as a licensed therapist in a mental health or social service setting.
- Must have completed the mandatory supervision training course required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of assignments related to the field of mental health services.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Perform discharge planning.
