About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide outpatient mental healthcare and contribute to clinical excellence and patient care. Therapists may work with adults, children, and/or adolescents and provide individual and/or couples therapy. The role is offered as a W-2 employed position, with part-time and full-time options and a compensation model based on productivity. Work is available through a hybrid model combining in-person and remote care, with flexible scheduling and optional weekend work.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active clinical license in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to patients in an outpatient care setting.
• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
• Deliver patient care with a commitment to clinical excellence.
