About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, near Henderson, to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The position is for clinicians passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists may work with adults and/or children and adolescents, providing individual and/or couples therapy. Care is offered in person at clinics and through remote telemedicine, with a hybrid model and flexible scheduling. The role is available as either part-time or full-time employment. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $76,000–$101,000 and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Deliver outpatient mental healthcare in person and/or remotely.
