About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide remote counseling services to clients throughout North Carolina. This role focuses on assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to support improved mental health, emotional stability, and daily functioning.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and create treatment plans
- Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and related concerns
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow ethical, legal, and professional counseling standards
