About The Position
This full-time telehealth position is for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who will provide structured mental health care to individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. The role includes conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and helping clients build practical skills for long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
- Assess client concerns and identify appropriate treatment goals
- Develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs
- Provide counseling support using evidence-based approaches
- Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates
- Maintain confidentiality and meet state licensing requirements
