About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to deliver professional therapy services in a remote setting. In this role, you will work directly with clients to identify mental health concerns, create appropriate care plans, and provide ongoing clinical support that helps clients make steady progress toward their treatment goals.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling services to clients in North Carolina
- Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
- Build treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Help clients develop coping strategies and healthier daily routines
- Review client progress and update care plans as needed
- Keep organized, compliant clinical records
