About The Position

Olsson is hiring a Licensed Civil Engineer for its Data Center Civil team. The role contributes to the firm’s largest and most complex projects, including hyperscale data center campuses and colocation data centers throughout the United States. The engineer receives instructions on assignment objectives and complex features, performs work involving standard plans, and helps generate ideas and create purposeful, high-quality designs that address engineering and design needs. The position may be based at any Olsson office location, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote in various U.S. locations. The posted Colorado-office salary range is $88,000–$116,000 USD and compensation varies with experience, qualifications, location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Registered professional engineer (PE) license.
At least 4 years of related civil engineering experience.
Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
