About The Position

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours toward licensure, and grow through continuing education with supervision built in. This is a part-time, hourly W-2 position based in Massachusetts.

Requirements

• A valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts
• A Master's degree in Social Work
• At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Additional languages are a plus
• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
