About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through its EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. The role supports residents in becoming stronger, safer, and more independent through personalized therapy, care coordination, wellness check-ins, and collaboration with therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The position offers part-time or full-time schedules, with no late nights and predictable scheduling. Compensation is $36.00–$44.00 per hour.

• Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline; COTA is among the listed disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
• Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
