About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. As part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers, the COTA helps residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role includes delivering evidence-based interventions, supporting personalized care plans, coordinating care with residents and caregivers, and contributing to program development and quality improvement. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development. Compensation is $28.00–$35.00 per hour.

- Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including COTA.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults.
- Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
- Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
- Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
- Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
