Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults as part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role helps senior residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives through personalized, collaborative care. The COTA conducts assessments, contributes to personalized care plans, delivers evidence-based interventions, and supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. The position also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement while maintaining professional and ethical standards. The listed compensation is $35.00–$45.00 per hour.

- Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including COTA.

Responsibilities
