About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed barbers to provide barbering services in its salons. The company provides a chair, a high-traffic location, marketing support, and technology so barbers can focus on serving guests and building their business. Compensation is performance-based and may include service and retail commissions and tips. Top earners working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are reported to receive an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; earnings of $100,000 or more per year are described as possible. Compensation complies with wage laws. Barbers can progress through an eight-level career ladder and increase prices across 12 price levels as demand grows. Hair Cuttery has openings in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Requirements
- Hold a valid state-specific barber or cosmetologist license.
- Be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Have skills in cuts, fades, color, and guest consultation.
Nice To Haves
- A client book is a plus; Hair Cuttery will help barbers grow it.
Responsibilities
