About The Position

Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed barbers to provide barbering services in high-traffic salons equipped with premium technology. Barbers can grow their earnings through service and retail commissions and tips, with commissions of up to 75%, an eight-level career ladder, and 12 price levels. Top earners working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty receive an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; earnings of $100,000 or more per year are described as within reach. All compensation meets wage law requirements. The role offers walk-in guests, marketing support, advanced education, and access to industry professionals. Hair Cuttery has openings in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. Requirements
