About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed barbers to provide haircutting and grooming services in its salons. The company provides a chair, a high-traffic location, marketing, and salon technology, while barbers earn through service and retail commissions and tips. Compensation is performance-based and may grow through an eight-level career ladder and 12 price levels. Top earners working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are receiving an average of $45 to $88+ per hour, plus tips; earnings of $100,000 or more per year are described as within reach. All compensation meets wage law requirements. Barbers can start serving walk-in guests on their first day. Hair Cuttery advertises through social media and local ads to help maintain guest traffic. Requirements
- A valid state-specific barber or cosmetologist license.
- Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Skill in cuts, fades, color, and guest consultation.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
