Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing New Jersey Licensure as a LPC to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Requirements

• Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing New Jersey Licensure as a LPC.
• Approved by the board as a LAC.
• Seeking independent licensure and living in New Jersey.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
