About The Position

Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) Colorado Springs, CO | Exempt | Full-Time Earn Quarterly Incentive Pay in Addition to Your Base Salary. In addition to base compensation, eligible providers have the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay when established service goals are met. Most counselors earn an average of over $1,000 per quarter. Please ask us for more details on this program. Requirements

  • Active Colorado LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy, assessments, and/or crisis intervention services
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team
  • Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC)
  • Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and type 25+ w.p.m. for the input and output of client information, using electronic health record.
  • Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Experience working therapeutically with specified population.
  • Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for specified population, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Experience working in a team environment.

  • This position requires flexibility to work at various Diversus Health locations based on operational and business needs. While a primary work site will be designated, employees may be reassigned temporarily or permanently to alternate sites to ensure adequate coverage, respond to facility needs, or support organizational initiatives. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful client outcomes
  • Advocate for individuals and families throughout their treatment journey
