About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its local football operation in San Diego. This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to build and operate a local business and make an impact in the community. The License Owner will establish the local team and operations, grow the player community, and work with Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters and its operations and technology teams. Stranger Soccer makes playing football simple, accessible, and convenient through an app where players can discover games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company is expanding internationally and is looking for people to bring the service to their cities. Requirements
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.

Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in San Diego.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
