Stranger Soccer makes playing football accessible and convenient through an app where players can discover games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company is expanding across cities worldwide. Its mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, and its vision is a world where playing football is as popular and accessible as watching football.
Requirements
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Philadelphia.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
