About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch and grow its local football operation in Dallas. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build and operate a business, grow a local player community, and make a meaningful impact. The License Owner will build and manage a local team, secure football venues, lead marketing and customer acquisition, oversee game operations, and work with the Singapore headquarters and its operations and technology teams. Stranger Soccer aims to make playing football simple, accessible, and convenient through an app where players can discover games, book a spot, and show up to play. The company was founded in Singapore and is expanding across cities worldwide.
Requirements
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Dallas.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
