About The Position
Stranger Soccer is seeking an entrepreneurial License Owner to launch and grow its football operation in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build, operate, and grow a local business while making an impact in the community. The License Owner will establish the local operation, build a team, secure suitable football venues, grow the player community, and oversee game operations. They will work with Stranger Soccer’s Singapore headquarters and receive support from its operations and technology teams. Stranger Soccer’s app lets players discover games, book a spot, and turn up to play. Founded in Singapore, the company is expanding across cities worldwide. Its mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, and its vision is for playing football to be as popular and accessible as watching it.
Requirements
- Passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
- Ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
- Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Northern Virginia.
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
- Secure suitable football venues.
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters, supported by operations and technology teams.
