We’re currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Library Manager to helm the Cozby Library and Community Commons. This role calls for an individual who will join our dedicated leadership team, committed to serving both our valued employees and our vibrant community. As the Library Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented group of library professionals, shaping an exceptional team culture, and playing a pivotal role in defining the evolving face of library services for a community that values continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • A valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record and clean background.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Library Science from an American Library Association (ALA) - accredited program is preferred.
  • Experience in operating and administering library services and programs in a municipal government setting.
