About The Position

This CE Program Manager is a solution-oriented designer and provider of short-term curricular offerings that address the business and community needs for trained and certificate-eligible employees. This position is focused on developing non-credit programs and courses in business, information technology, management and service. Emphasis is on needs assessment and marketing as well as curricular development. Responsible for identifying instructors, program delivery and evaluation, and staffing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Three years experience working in business, IT and/or education.
Technical knowledge in the areas of business, information technology, management and service.
Proven ability to recruit, train and retain a talented pool of part-time instructors.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
